Transparent shipping policies protect both you and Crystal Cosmetic Clinic, ensuring smooth communication and trust.

Processing and Delivery Times

Orders for GlowGift vouchers are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving a completed order form and payment confirmation. We use Canada Post as our primary shipping method across Canada. Delivery within Ontario typically takes 3–7 business days, but times may vary due to postal conditions, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Customer Responsibilities Under GlowGift Shipping Terms

To ensure timely delivery, it is crucial to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. This includes unit number, street address, city, province, and postal code. Any incorrect or incomplete information may result in delayed or lost packages, for which Crystal Cosmetic Clinic cannot be held responsible.

If you realize your shipping information is incorrect after submitting your order, please contact us immediately at contact@yourdomain.com. While we will do our best to assist, address changes may only be possible within a limited timeframe before shipment.

Please note that GlowGift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be reissued for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages unless the fault lies with Crystal Cosmetic Clinic. We recommend tracking your shipment when possible and contacting us promptly if you suspect any issues.
